IT Services announces new Remote Desktop Support Service
Date of Issue: 07 July 2006
In today's increasingly time pressured business environment,
we all benefit from advances in laptop, PDA and mobile phone
technologies. One such advance has been the development of online
remote desktop solutions, allowing us to access our office PC
from home.
This same technology can allow remote access to your PC by other
parties, using secure 128/256 bit encryption.
One of Derby's most reputable firms of business advisors and
chartered accountants, Bates Weston has just announced the launch
of its Remote Desktop Support Service. It can effectively give
its clients direct access to Bates Weston's IT experts, who
can then, by remotely connecting to the clients PC, resolve
their problem without the need for an expensive call out.
Wayne Castledine of Derwent Enamellers, who has been trialling
the Bates Weston service, comments:
"It has been a great way of enabling any
software problems to be checked out and rectified via Bates
Weston, without the need to call them out"
He adds:
"I would highly recommend the system, as
it is very straight forward to set up and has excellent security
back up"
If you would like to know more about the service, or would like
