Let us introduce you to Marie, Bates Weston's training mentor. Over her 7 years with Bates Weston, Marie has taken care of 30 fledgling accountants. She's happiest when you are achieving your goals and sees her role as helping you to do just that. Bates Weston has a great track record when it comes to training and our pass rate for first - time fully qualified Chartered Accountants is 95%.

Each year, we offer up to four, 3-year training contracts, culminating in completing the ACA examinations and becoming a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. Training is provided in house and through external examination based tuition from a specialist local tuition centre. Bates Weston covers study costs, for first attempts at each examination subject.
If you are interested in joining the Bates Weston team and have
a minimum of 280 UCAS tariff points and a 2:1 degree apply
online. Potential candidates will be invited to attend an
Information Day here at Bates Weston during May. We will tell
you a bit about us, and what we can do for you, and we will have
the chance to get to know you a little better too. Individual
interviews will then be scheduled if appropriate.
 The
city's nightlife is thriving, thanks in part to the University,
there are ongoing major retail developments and the city is served
by excellent rail and road links.
