What do our staff have to say?

Rebecca Bostock – Relationship Manager

“During my 5 years with the Company, Bates Weston has given me the opportunity to progress from Graduate Trainee Accountant to Relationship Manager. The study support programme meant I could concentrate on passing my ACA qualification with first time passes, and the on-the-job training enabled me to put into practice the skills I had learnt in the classroom. Post-qualification support and exposure to a variety of different fields has broadened my experience and lead to me becoming a Relationship Manager within the Company and helping to mentor staff who are following in my footsteps.”
